Hello, I just wanted to pass on some info I received today. Rates are at an
all time low @ 5.125% on a 30 year fixed!!!! As always, rates are subject to
change and do change quickly.
If anyone has been thinking about refinancing for a lower rate it does not
hurt to pick up the phone and talk with a lender. I have several lenders who
I know and trust will give you the right guidance and will only recommend
refinancing it is truly in your best interest.
