I wanted to send out a short reminder about the Community Cleanup
effort
that you all signed up for. I have listed the details and a list of
those
that committed and those that just said they were interested. If you
would
like to change your status please let me know. Also please tell your
friends about this and have them contact me to signup. Thanks!
What? A community cleanup effort involving students from various
organizations and community homeowners cleaning the neighborhoods
surrounding the UC campus.
Why? The neighborhoods surrounding the UC campus are constantly being
trashed. We want to show the community that we care and hopefully
change
the way people dispose of their garbage.
When? Sunday November 5th from 1-4 PM
Where? Meeting @ the Rohs Street Cafe where you will get directions
on
where to go. FREE FOOD at Rohs Street after the cleanup!!!
How? Trash bags, gloves, brooms, etc. will be provided. All we need
you to
bring is an able body!
