here attached the draft minutes of our final meeting in Paris. Please let me
know if anything is missing or should modified.
(many thanks again to the French team for the conference, event and meetings

I also attach: PPT Overview presented during the meeting and a NEW summary
table in xls where we kindly ask you to report about: names and departure
location of all participants to project meetings and Bologna course (Mobility)
and (for SWUAS, AGREE; RUAF and UNIBO) also about the number of participants to
the multiplier event you declare for reimbursement (this total number as you
know might be different from the total number of participants reported in the
dissemination as only participants NON belonging to any partner organisation
can be reimbursement).
I take also the opportunity to highlight that we need you fill the internal
evaluation questionnaire about the meeting (1 per partner organisation) at
