please let us know the time frame of the next project meeting in Amersfoort
from 29-3 to 31-3 so that all partners can buy the tickets and make the needed
reservations.
We need to have a general timeframe (start / end) for now, we will go more
into details with the agenda afterwords.

based on the dates we discussed earlier during the Bologna meeting:
Mon (27) - Wed (29) March or
Wed (29) - Fri (31) March
Please let us know your availability so we can fix those dates.
The meeting will be in Amersfoort in our new office in De Nieuwe Stad:
http://www.denieuwestad.nl/. This place used to be an old toothpaste factory ;
and now offers workspace to all kinds of creatives and start-ups (and RUAF :)).
Amersfoort can be reached in 45 min by train from Schiphol Airport just to give
you an idea.
