A question regarding your request to involve companies from our own networks.
Before I make a call of interest, I need to understand the argument.
I understood that it was a synthesis of enterprises related to urban
agriculture without any doubt, but what is the objective? What is the interest
for companies? And with what commitment on their part? (I have no archives on
this point).

Objet : [ugt] EU cluster
Dear all,
please find enclosed a short description (urban agriculture cluster.docx) of
the EU cluster and the "current" list of members (cluster members.docx). Some
of the members have not already confirmed participation, but are aware of the
cluster and I'm awaiting confirmation (and I'm confident there won't be problem
on this). I'm taking anyway the opportunity to ask you also to start collecting
participations from your own networks. Together with Mammut we are setting up
an online tool for registration, but meanwhile we can start using the enclosed
word file (cluster members.docx). Since we already received a form authorising
the use of their data from all SMEs included in the inventory, they can all be
added. However, their e-mail is not included in the website therein I ask
everyone of you to contact SMEs in your own country (more precisely I ask
Aurore to collect data from the French SMEs - possibly adding other from
Vegepolys network, + Bernd those from Germany + Femke those from Holland).
I'm having other 20 pending requests that I will add to the list as soon as
they answer me.
As you see in the description file it is stated that the cluster will be
constituted in July and launched at the Bologna Conference. This since we may
not have 80 cluster participants in Paris, while we certainly will have much
more people in the conference in Bologna, and moreover the cluster becomes
attractive also for other people if it is not a project output only but a real
platform. Nonetheless, by july we will have a 80 people list ready and we will
also describe the cluster in the Paris conference.
