Hi James,
For some reason my simbraille has not come out in the email submitted and not
appearing as I expected but can second guess with the symbols created, but
basically space either side of each equals sign in the examples? I did not know
about the 'Math Template' and this is a mixed document of text and Math so not
sure how Math Template may interfere etc.
Thanks for the heads up.
John.
PS Please ignore the parenthesis/Brackets issue - just spotted answer on page 5
of Using UEB for Mathematics guide whilst waiting for answer on indices
example. Thanks again.

Hi John,
The basic principle and general guidance, see GTM 1.
Signs of operation are unspaced; signs of comparison should be spaced on both
sides.
So your example should read:
#ef "7 #E4F"8#AJ "7 #E4F"8#AJ9#A
Note that Duxbury can put these spaces in if you:
a) use technical mode and
b) use the appropriate maths spacing code (which may or may not be set
automatically by your template).
Hope this helps.
With best regards,
James.

Just got to the examples used in a PowerPoint. Have used MathType throughout.
Am I correct in thinking that an example is all up against each other, compared
to a simple maths sum which separates the = and the product accordingly?
Here is my transcription:
Print 56=5.6*10=5.6*101
Duxbury: #ef"7#E4F"8#AJ"7#E4F"8AJ9#A
Thanks in advance.
John.
