Afternoon all.
I was needing some clarity on something.
In The Rules Of Unified English Braille 2013, if I am understanding it, there
are two symbols for the single opening quotation mark; Dots 6, 236 (grave) and
Dots 236 (opening single quotation mark).
Is this correct, or am I just not understanding the terminology/dot
configurations? Thanks.
