Hello! Appendix 3 of the Rules of UEB has a complete list of UEB braille
symbols. They are arranged in braille dot order.

I need to confirm a symbol in UEB. If I am correct, the dots configuration
for the diaeresis is dots 456, 256, correct? Thanks much.
