I have a couple of queries on the UEB.
1. Is PDF version of the UEB Rulebook fully accessible with the help of JAWS or
NVDA? If not, then what is the level of accessibility using either tool?
2. In Sec. 5.7.2 in the 2nd edition of the UEB Rulebook, how is it that a grade
1 word indicator (i.e. dots 56 dots 56) is used to precede the word ozbrl,
whereas only a grade 1 symbol indicator (i.e. dots 56) has been used in the
word CD-ROM, for example?
