Hi, thanks Mark !But here is a nonsensical question : is there a (complicated) solution to use a 50 Hz mode (PAL amiga) on a 60 Hz screen (most LCDs), with no tearing *and* a smooth animation, using some kind of motion blur / extrapolation / other-video-techniques-I-have-no-clue-about used by DVD players ?!
This is quite frustrating, as it looked definitely better on 1084 screens :-)
(oh, also, there are some great pixel shaders plugins in sdlmame... there is one that simulates a TV screen... tell me if you want a shot :)
Cheers ! On 29/01/2010 10:41, Mark Lenders wrote:
I made some other progress: - new hotkeys works in sdl.map_raw_keys=true mode - currprefs.gfx_center_vertical is auto-disabled when gfx_gl_smoothing is enabled - currprefs.gfx_vsync is auto-enabled when gfx_gl_smoothing is enabled -source is properly packaged now (didn't anyone noticed that the previous one didn't compile because all symlinks were lost, or nobody cares :D ?) Of course, at least configure and compile it using: ./configure --with-sdl-gl --with-sdl-gfx&& make Object files and a precompiled x86 binary are included: http://wpage.unina.it/aorefice/e-uae-0.8.29-WIP4-bilinear.tar.gz 2010/1/15 Mark Lenders<kokoko3k@xxxxxxxxx>:P96 modes works ok now: http://wpage.unina.it/aorefice/e-uae-0.8.29-WIP4-bilinear.tar.gz
