[uae] New OS X Application Bundle Build

Hi All,
I have a new test build of the Mac OS X application-bundle version of
E-UAE up at
http://uaedev.sourceforge.net/
There's a few bug fixes, a new feature and 10.3.9 (Panther) support
(finally!)
It's based on the latest CVS as of today (July 15 Australian Eastern
Standard time.)
There should be no need to have the SDL framework installed to use
this, so it should be a very easy install.
