[uae] Location of "Hard Drives" not saving

Does anyone know why when I specify a Hard-Drive (a folder rather than a hardfile) it works fine for that run of E-UAE but even if I click save config it isn't there if I close and re-open E-UAE. It saves all my other setting, just not the drives and it's really annoying. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
