[uae] Icon for E-UAE Cocoa

Hi Richard,
I just whipped up an icon for E-UAE Cocoa on my Mac. I don't know if
there are plans to add an icon to the E-UAE Cocoa build, but you're
welcome to use this one. If you're worried about using the Apple logo
in the E-UAE distribution then maybe I'll make a little installer
script to add the icon file to the Cocoa bundle and host it on my
homepage for anyone who wants it.
