[uae] $FILEPATH not working when specifying filesystem for hardfile

Hello Rich,
Just a minor issue.
$(FILEPATH) does not work when specifying the filesystem for a hardfile:
FS: mounted HDF unit MSG
(0000-40000000, /home/martin/Amiga/Messages.hardfile)
RDB: fakefilesys, trying to
load '$(FILE_PATH)/Amiga/System/L/SmartFilesystem', dostype 0x53465300
RDB: filesys not found
It works when specifying the complete path and E-UAE doesn't overwrite it
with $(FILE_PATH) when I save the configuration, so this is really just a
mintor issue:
FS: mounted HDF unit MSG
