1. Is the a program that grabs both ROMs? I only found some small
programs that grab a normal Kick up to 512 KB.
I don't think so. CDTV extended ROM option is also very rare or
nonexisting.. (0xf00000 to 0xf3ffff)
2. If I have to write such a program myself where does the extended ROM
start?
0xe00000 - 0xe7ffff [map_banks (&extendedkickmem_bank, 0xE0, 8, 0); in
memory.c]
