[typeabilitybeta] TypeAbility is getting confused with dates

Hi
I noticed this when using TypeAbility today. I logged in as myself, and
TypeAbility said that it had "seen me earlier today" which was not
possible. So I carried out the following steps which you can use to
duplicate the problem:
1. Browse to your jaws local settings folder and locate the file
entitled WORDPADTAIni.ini.
2. Open the file and change the date to an earlier one, such as
Wednesday 9 July.
3. Save the file.
4. Run TypeAbility and log in as the same student.
5. TypeAbility still says that it saw you earlier today.
6. Look again in the ini file and the correct data is written to the
file.
