Hello
Has anyone done research showing why fewer increment steps in a wage grids is
better than multiple?
This could include a gender analysis (female dominated jobs tend to have more
steps than male jobs), an economic analysis (lost earnings) or analysis of why
many professional jobs tend to have more steps (teachers for example often have
complicated wage grids).
