TuneTracker QuickTip: "Making Drag-n-Drop Color Code Changes"

This week, we continue to dig into the exciting new features in Command
Center 4.1, and show you how to take the best advantage of them.

Command Center offers a color-coding feature that makes it easy to tell,
at-a-glance, what sorts of items are coming up on your program log, without
having to read the individual descriptions of the items. All the
commercials are one color, music is another, PSAs are yet another, etc. But
what if you want to change what the colors are associated with? Here's how
you do it.

1. Right-click anywhere in the program log list on the left side of the
Command Center screen, and choose, "Configure color coding." A small window
will appear.

2. Click-and-hold on the color coding window's yellow tab with your mouse.
With the fingers of the other hand, hold down CTRL and tap the F2 key. That
will move the color coding window to an empty desktop.

3. From the desktop, go to your station folder, and find the sub-folder
whose contents you wish to associate with a color.

4. Click on the item in the color coding menu that you wish to associate
with the folder.

5. Drag the folder and drop it into the lower section of the color coding
window.

The small text box in the color coding window will change, indicating the
path to your new folder.

==> How Much is Your Time Worth?

TuneStacker does an enormous amount of work for you each time it generates a
program log, but it's still necessary for you to launch the task each time
you want to create a program log, then wait for it to be generated.
Wouldn't it be nicer if you could generate a week or more's worth of program
logs in one fell swoop, or better still, automate the entire log generation
progress and never have to even think about program log generation?  With
TuneTracker Systems' scripting services, we can create an auto-running
script that will do all the work for you, while you're busy doing other
things.  And if you have Command Center, even the launching of the script
can be automatic, for complete set-it-and-forget-it program log generation!

The cost?  Normally just $75!  Call us for details, at 920-273-0543 today.
