. Some of the free weeks are not really free weeks but its a good start point.
First league game - 08 September - Please confirm your childs availability ASAP
( please reconfirm even if you already told me ) . Game is against
Finchampstead Rovers at home. We don't yet know if its at Kneller gardens or
Marble Hill but will confirm next week.
Good turnout for training last Tuesday and we are at Kneller again this
Tuesday, 7 till 8. Please make every effort for your child to be there as its
not great preparation to not have any friendlies so at the very least training
sessions would be important at this point.
I'm really looking forward to the coming season, I honestly dont know what to
expect as we have so many new players in the squad this year but I believe that
Andy on Tuesdays and myself on saturdays can help to develop all of the boys if
they really want to advance their games. I'm sure we can compete in our
league...
We'll follow up with some other "admin" emails but in the meantime if you have
any questions please let me know. In parallel, I'm still getting to know the
kids so encourage them to ask me questions if they have any. I cant promise to
let them all play centre forward but still encourage them 😊

Hi all,
Hope you had a great summer.
I'm just back from two great weeks in Scotland and trying to adapt to "normal
life".
Andy is starting pre-season training at Kneller gardens at 7pm on Tuesday
evening. I'd like all the squad who are around to make a special effort to
attend and try to get moving again...it seems such a long time since the end of
last season and the couple of friendly games we played.
The league structure is now finalised and the below teams are in our league. We
dont have enough people around for a friendly on the 1st September but if we
dont have a league game on the 8th I will organise something.
A couple of people have asked me about paying subs. We will send a detailed
note about this in the next couple of weeks.
Hope to see some of you on Tuesday...

Hi all,
Hope you are all enjoying your summer holidays. Just a quick note to share a
couple of pices of information with you ...
Pre-season training will start on Tuesday 28th August at Kneller gardens with a
7pm start. As the first league match is scheduled currently for 8th September
it would be great if all the kids who can attend do so as two training sessions
to get back into the swing of things is not much.
The preliminary league structures for next season have now been released and it
looks like we will be back in the division we were in at the first part of last
season so this is good news.
Can you let me know if your child is available on the 1st September as I may
try and organise a friendly to get us moving if there are enough people
available.
