A really good start to the season, everyone! It was great to see the lads get
stuck in from the start and keep battling all match, without any respite
through substitution.

Quick feedback from today...
A really good game between evenly matched sides. Attitude of boys from the warm
up until the end was perfect...thanks to all parents for that.
During the game...difficult to pick out individuals because for 20 minutes in
the second half we were under real pressure but we battled as a team and
defended as a team. They had a lot of possesion but Henry was solid in goal and
well protected.
We then took our chances when they came. Harry ( who ran tirelessly all game )
scored a well worked goal and Josh scored two great goals...3 - 1 flattered us
a little but we competed for 70 minutes...your boys must be very tired.
A special mention to Alex who was thrown into the deep end in defence and
played brilliantly.
Also, big respect to Tendo who came to cheer his team mates even though his
international clearance hasnt come through...
A great start.
