 I have put a new build up on GoDaddy.  It has Steph's e-mail contribution
and a bug fix.  Beyond that I've cleaned up the code (I wrote) and added
"depencency injection" for specifying what method to be used for persisting
data.  (Currently, the MySQL database is the only option for persisting
data so dependency injection hasn't much utility for the present.)
