Message I run an adult-only karate club in Trowbridge and would like to offer
a free lesson during one of your sessions. Physical and Psychological health
is very important, especially as we get older and karate is an excellent way
to gain benefits in both of these areas. Please forget about Bruce Lee, John-
Claude Van Dam etc. My karate is taught at a pace to suit individuals and in
a knowledgeable and relaxed atmosphere. I would ask that your members don’t
say ‘I’m too old’, ‘not fit enough’ etc. Please give it a go. Thanks in
