Hi Scouts,
Next weekend, scouts that are not going to Camporee can help me complete a
bike track for Monroe Elementary School. The track is already dug out, so
we will just be filling it with the track material and compacting it down.
My Eagle Scout project's construction will be next Saturday, April 9th
during Monroe Beautification Day. We will meet at 431 Flora Vista Dr, Santa
Barbara, CA 93108 at 9am. All scouts are welcomed and encouraged to come.
If you are not attending Camporee next weekend, coming down will be a great
way to spend your day, as well as earning volunteer hours. Construction
will begin at 9, but come whenever you can. We do need shovels and
wheelbarrows. We have invited a local news crew to film, so it will be a
fun chance for those of you who want to be famous. Troop 33 scouts should
come in their Class Bs, which will help us recruit new scouts to the troop.
