Subject: Boy Scout Notes for Day Camp
At the meeting Thursday, a few details to be shared with Boy scouts helping
with camp,
The groups will be separated by ranks and plan about 20 cubs in each group
rotating
Boy Scouts will be assigned a station and stay with that station (not
rotating with groups) - 6 total stations at camp
they plan to have an adult at each station to assist boy scouts as needed
Wed after camp Weather Merit badge completion - 330ish to 5-530 done; boy
scout should come with proof of completion of requirement 10 & 11
Please forward Carolyn to those that I might have missed from 286 that you
know are helping. . .
