work we did last night, allowing us to cover the material in a meaningful way

Obviously I have to schedule our sessions at a time when I am available to do
so and allow for home projects to be completed in between, but I want to see
what kind of conflicts your families have with getting together this summer.

into consideration when scheduling. We will probably need to move away from
Mondays, so let me know if certain days are better or worse.
Remember, if your scout is not able to attend, he can work on this merit
badge at another time. It isn't something to stress about!
