The boys are going to have an ABSOLUTE BLAST at Chief Logan!
I can tell you now that the 5 Scouts that are helping as ‘counselors’ for the
Cub Scout Day Camp this week are reporting that they are loving it! They are
having fun with the younger boys, and getting looked up to. ☺
(Plus the weather has been fantastic this week – that is always a plus!).
It also dawned on the parents that are carpooling our boys there, that this has
turned out to be a REALLY GREAT WAY to ease the our troop Scouts into learning
how to take on a leadership role. It’s fun, not that hard, and they don’t even
REALLY realize they are learning to be leaders. LOL
