Sandy, I also found that none of the Office programs appear in Add/Remove by themselves, but Office itself is in there & if you did install Outlook and don't want it on your computer, just go to Add/Remove and click on Office and choose to add/remove components, then click on the icon beside Outlook and just remove that.
