We won't be getting any patches from M$ until after the
New Year, when a bunch of its products are scheduled to
be considered "no longer supported".

I downloaded Mozilla 1.6a and guess what?, it has been
patched. When I clicked on the "test" link, my address
bar correctly showed:
"http://www.microsoft.com%01%00@xxxxxxxxxxx/internet_explorer_address_bar_spoofing_test/

So, there you have it. Fixed Mozilla & purty quick, eh?
