[triadtechtalk] Can't paste web text into a closed Word 2000

If Word 2000 is already open the copy/paste function works fine. However if I
highlight some web text and then click Word to open, the "paste" function is
grayed out. Strangely enough I can paste web text into a closed Notepad
without any problems.
