Moving forward, we are placing all TPHOA documents on the google cloud
associated with this tphoa gmail address. Currently, these are the only
google credentials that have direct and full access to these documents.
Controlled access can be added to any document through either of two means:
a) google-generated links (this has already been done with several read-only
links shared in previous posts to this list, the most recent being the
members list), and b) specific sharing to additional email addresses (none
have been added at this time).
