Trappers Point Community --
In an effort to remove friction from our community communications, we are
employing a new list server. A list server (mailing list server) is a program
that handles subscription requests for a mailing list and distributes new
messages, newsletters, or other postings from the list's members to the entire
list of subscribers as they occur or are scheduled.
This is an opt-in communication mechanism. You can opt-in or opt-out at
anytime. Once you opt-in (subscribe), you will receive more frequent
communication from the HOA directors as well as other subscribers. Currently it
is unmoderated, meaning that communication sent to the list is immediately
distributed to all subscribers. An archive of past messages is available.
More details will be provided through messages sent via the server.
To subscribe, follow these steps:
1) Navigate to this web address: https://www.freelists.org/list/trapperspointhoa
2) Enter your email address in the box provided
3) Click the 'I'm not a robot' box and wait for green check mark
4) Click Next
5) Check your email and click the confirmation request (you may need to check
spam or junk folder)
6) Check the three terms of service check boxes, click Next.
You should now be subscribed. To send a message (e.g. introduce yourself to
the group), just send email to trapperspointhoa@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. (note, you will
not get a copy of sent messages).
