A few things on the boil for term 2 and I would love some confirmation of a few
things.
Remember a catch up Friday morning (tomorrow) after drop off if you’re free.

Fri May 10th - TPS Caregivers Day after school BBQ (formerly known as Mother’s
day BBQ)
Are we happy to run a plant and info stall again?
Can someone offer to collect plants from VINC and or CERES? (I can order them)
Can someone return unsold plants to VINC?
Can a few people offer to:
have a poster / sign up advertising the Working Bee
set up the stall
organise a float
run the stall (sell plants, give info) in shifts
pack up
Sat May 25th Working Bee
Are we still good with this given it’s the week after the election, and 2 weeks
after the Caregivers BBQ? We may have smaller numbers, but it would be good to
get the Farm Gate finished and get all the Landcare Grant areas ready for
planting.
Can we get a poster please? Carol do you have time for this or should it be
someone else?
Who can help co-ordinate the day? You won’t be doing it alone. I’ll deal with
the office.
Social Team are asking if we want a BBQ or some pre-made cold wraps. Any
thoughts? BBQ would be hot food, but probably the cooking would need to be from
WB volunteers due to election BBQ the week before. Wraps (from Woollies I
believe) have been used at Barefoot bowls welcome day, can cater o dietary
needs and are easier.
Djerri pre-schooler gardening group- is this happening?
Chooks - we need to investigate new chook house options. Let us know if you’ve
seen some good ones for sale. Pre-fab, not from scratch.
Veggie beds - we need a couple more made. This can be done outside of a working
bee if need be. Let me know if you, or someone you know can do this.
