Hi everyone,
Do you or anyone you know want pet chooks?
Today we have received the delivery of our new flock of chickens at Ceres.
The breeders have given us more than we needed so that we can sell some on
to locals who only want a few and don't want to have to drive out to outer
suburbs to pick them up. We have had trouble in the past announcing this on
facebook so for now are just going word of mouth, but feel free to share in
your own networks.
The chickens are Isa browns and are at point of lay, they will lay an egg
most days once they get started. We are selling them for $30 each. If
people are interested they will need to bring their own pet carrier or box
to get the chickens home in. We will also soon be selling on some of the
retiring layers from our flock, they will be cheaper but are not ready for
sale yet. You can email me if you'd like to be notified when we are doing
that and I will make a list.
