Here’s the idea so far:
set up a stall selling VINC Indigenous tube stock and CERES organic herb and
veggie seedlings

Have a small flyer we could hand out outlining ways to be involved and get in

highlight the Chooks, Toddler Gardening, also Working Bees, FoodWeb,
Woiwurrung Food Garden project, encouraging Nature Play
highlight next working bee
Any other ideas? Some herbal tea, produce to sell, produce swap, second hand
uniform swap, some Nature based play/activity…?
Ways to help for the BBQ:
prepare the small flyer (simple, a few to fit into an A4 page, just it’s easy
to give people contact details)
collect Indig plants from VINC (Wed or Thur)
collect CERES seedlings (Wed or Thur)
help set up the stall from 2pm Thursday
take turns to run the stall from 3pm-5pm
make a big Enviro Team logo, either chalked onto a blackboard, or printed, or
whatever else you clever folk can come up with
make a big chook picture to attract Chook folk?
other thoughts?
I know a few of us also have classes involved in the bbq itself (me included)
but I see this as a great opportunity to get some new helpers, especially for
the chooks, toddler gardening, and FoodWeb helpers. Bake some cake for the
bbq and come help on the Enviro Team stall.
