I can certainly understand those that cannot attend and especially those from other countries wanting a hybrid format. As for me, I definitely would attend in person.

There's a suggestion that we might want to repeat the hybrid format
again. Not everyone can (or wants to) be in Mississauga in early
December. A hybrid event allows more people from around the world to
take part. This COVID thing has also not gone away yet, either (I'm just
off quarantine for it myself).
We'll need all the help we can get to make WoC happen. If you think you
can help out, either chime in here or on the TPUG Discord. We're in the
super early planning stages, but things come together quite quickly
before the date.
