Internet Explorer is a pretty old browser now (Microsoft's current browser
is Edge, and Firefox and Google Chrome are both commonly used, plus Apple's
Safari is popular too). If you need to use a Microsoft browser, try Edge,
otherwise the others will do better for you.

I'm not so sure it's perfect yet... I tried to buy my tickets using Internet
Explorer twice, and it failed. Then I tried using FireFox and it worked.
Paypal is very browser dependent. This has been discovered by others
already.
