My hold up on the old location was parking, unload/reload time/place
availability of where and when to get a truck in and out…. If this is now more
like our other current events, maybe I can go and either share TPUGs booth, or
have my own nearby... Is there a logistic schedule posted anywhere yet?

That's great! We have four volunteers already, any others willing/able to
help?
I've set up a Discord channel for planning: https://discord.gg/FhD8VfH
I'll take care of the application, since I'm working on some for other groups
anyway.

Subject: [torontocbm] Fwd: Announcing Maker Festival 2020
Hey all, this is great news. Toronto Maker Festival is back, now at the
Ontario Science Centre! See below for the details. Saturday June 13th.
In previous years TPUG has had a booth with some Commodore machines set up and
it's been a lot of fun, popular with the crowd, and great exposure for TPUG and
the retrocomputing community.
Would we like to participate again? Who wants to volunteer? It's only 1 day,
(Saturday) and last time they had volunteers on hand to help during lunch
breaks etc. The more the merrier though!
I'll be at the Festival in a different capacity (related to my music) and thus
can't run the booth, but happy to help with set up and logistics.
Cheers,
-Leif

organizations and ideas to take part in Maker Festival. If you’re a maker, show
us your stuff! Whether your project is a tiny prototype or a visually
spectacular finished creation, tell us about it! Then there’s Rally Alley—the
zone curated for makers start-ups with physical prototypes. If one or all of
these is you, please fill out our Call for Makers before April 13, 2020. Go
