Actually there was a rumour a of couple weird guys showed up, one with
pointed ears, and changed the name. It caused the nazis to win WWII so they
changed it back.

Commodore Building is completely unrelated to Commodore computers, (unless
someone had a time machine and went back to the late 1920s to influence
naming of this structure.)

I think it was 2 Toronto Street when it was the typewriter repair shop. It
is a UPS store now.
