[torontocbm] 64C motherboard heat sinks

Hi, this is my 64C motherboard that I am going to put in one of my Kickstarter
Cases. Other than the Chips that I have added heat sinks to are there any other
Chips that should also have heat sinks. Let me know, thanks.P.S. I already
added Heat sinks to the two RAM Chips.
