Gentlemen,
The gang is all gone and I'm ready for the links. Firstly, I had to visit my
friendly dentist to receive my new crown. Bingo, sitting in the waiting room
was Tony, who shared with me that Marc Tupper holed one out on #3 using a nine
iron. It was Wednesday, so there were a few of our thirstiest members present
to share his good fortune. Way to go Marc.
Tomorrow, presently we have nine golfers on the list. We'll play as
threesomes, if no one calls me or shows up tomorrow. It is a new month and
year so I think there may be some folks that have not signed in as yet.
On Saturday we play the monthly, Team Low Net. We'll have the usual, pins,
skins and 50/50. In addition your score will be the qualifying score for the
President's Cup. At the moment we have only 19 members signed up on the Cup
sign up date, November 10th. We have room for 32 players, 16 in each flight.
If you want to play in the Cup, sign up on the 10th. Those of you that don't
play on the 5th will be listed in the pairings at the bottom of the draw,
by handicap.
