The warm winter has been bringing out a bunch of species months earlier than 
normal so I think it's safe to call this canadaria.

Ken it looks like M.canadaria but it is much to early for there flight. M. 
signataria comes much earlier in the season. So I question the identity of the 
moth.

I think this moth I saw last night is Melanolophia canadaria.
