Moth'ers,

Many new moths showing up nightly the past few nights under ideal
conditions--temps at night in the mid-upper 50's, relatively light
winds, and high humidity.

Here are a few of my favorites:

0698 Leucospilapteryx venustella
6109 Platyptilia carduidactyla (Artichoke Plume Moth)
6842 Plagodis phlogosaria
6843 Plagodis fervidaria
8465 Hypena humuli
7871 Deidamia inscripta (Lettered Sphinx); first sphingid of the season
