There's lots of variation in Harnessed Tiger Moth - Hodges#8169 (Apantesis 
phalerata). I suspect both of your moths are 8169.

I have a question about Harnessed Moths.  How much variation is there in this 
species?  The attached pic shows two moths.  The one at the bottom is a 
Harnessed Moth.  The one at the top is not worn at all, yet has no white lines 
on the trailing edge of the forewing.  There are only three major white lines.  
Also, it had more red than the other Harnessed Moths that were present during 
last summer.  Maybe this is a Grammia?
