I found this floating in one of my water troughs this morning. It was barely alive but I set it out in the sun and it seemed to revive and disappeared a couple of hours later. Gliders deposit eggs in these troughs but there really isn't anything to hang on to when they emerge from the water so the tenerals usually drown.
