Hi Bill,
Red-banded Hairstreak is definitely possible, I actually had one in my yard
this morning.  In fact, in my experience it's the most commonly encountered
hairstreak at this time of year.
Take care,Mike Smith

Hi,While walking at Marcella Smith park in Williamson county, in addition to
the usual suspects below, I saw a small hairstreak that I think was a red
banded hairstreak.   Would this be appropriate ?  It was in upland oak
woodsQuestion mark
Hackberry emperor
Red admiral
Gulf fritillary
Variegated fritillary
Two sulfurs I could not identify- maybe clouded and cloudless?
Checkered white
Thank youBill f
