Hi Folks,
This Sunday, June 7, will be the Decatur County butterfly count. We will meet
at the parking lot in front of Fred's in Parsons at 9:30 AM. This is a count
that typically has decent numbers of Coral Hairstreaks and Great Spangled
Fritillaries. The weather forecast is looking great as of now, partly cloudy
with a high in the upper 80s. Bring a sack lunch and your other necessities
and join us for a great day of counting butterflies. Please let me know if you
plan to participate or if you need directions to the meeting place. This is
only an hour and a half from Nashville, so it's a great opportunity for some of
you Middle Tennessee folks to journey over across the river.
