Observers: Rita Venable, Jason Allen, Sharon Cardin and 2 other program
participants. This was a field trip/program for Long Hunter State Park.
About 70 deg & sunny, a little windy. Not many nectaring plants at all. It
has hardly rained in the last month and everything is really dry. Saw a
praying mantis female. Ate hackberry seeds and Shagbark hickory nuts.
