[TN-Bird] yellow rail

Flushed a yellow rail while bushogging today, along with six sora rails.
Pool 7 is the only place I have observed yellow rails and all have been in
the same general area. No obvious difference in plant composition in that
spot than many other similiar areas within the pool. This one like all of
the others was in a completely dry section of the unit hundreds of yards
from any water.
