[TN-Bird] state meeting reminder

Hello all, I just wanted to remind you of a couple points regarding the state 
meeting, which will be held here in Nashville May 1-3.  

The hotel is holding rooms until April 2nd. Registrations are due by April 15 
so we can get numbers to the caterer etc.  Please see
