[TN-Bird] hummer feeders

A friend of mine in Franklin has watched mama raccoon patiently teach her
youngsters how to drink the sugar water from her hummer feeder. Apparently
it's quite an ongoing problem trying to get the perfect positioning to prevent
this behavior.
